14 Day Word Count Competition

Want to win a $50, $75, or $100 Amazon gift card? Do you have 3, 5, or 7+ writing friends? Are you a competitive person? Well, this competition is for you! This challenge is a fun way to help you and your writer friends up your word count as you compete to be the writer with the most original words written in 14 days. Within the competition, there are timeframe challenges, encouragement, tips, and great information for writing a book. How to enter: 1) Find writing friends to join the competition (the winner of 4 participants wins a $50 gc, 6 participants wins a $75 gc, 8+ participants wins a $100 gc). 2) All of the participants must join the challenge at mountainwordsmith.com ON THE SAME DAY. 2) Each day participants will follow the steps lined out in the challenge. 3) Write as many words as possible! 4) At the end of the day, each participant will submit their word count and works to Mountain Wordsmith (courtney@mountainwordsmith.com) so the word count can be confirmed. 5) At the end of the 14 days, whichever writer has written the most words will be the winner of the Amazon Gift Card! This challenge does not contain writing prompts but encourages you to work on projects you have already started. If you haven't started a project yet, I encourage you to pick one before the challenge starts. This way you can use each day of the challenge to your advantage.
